Aug 15 (SM) The recently held Swarna Shree Kite Festival 2025 along the Negombo beach has drawn flak over several shortcomings. There had been no proper plan in place to manage waste or traffic. Local hotel operators claimed that the festival’s poor planning had caused serious disruptions to the tourism industry as well. Profit-making SLTB depots to get bonuses
