Horseradish Cream Sauce

    300 ml sour cream
    175g horseradish cream
    2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
    125 ml olive oil

    Blend or process all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
    Makes about (625ml) Can be made 3 days ahead. Store covered, in refrigerator. Not suitable for freezing.
