Pan Cake Rolls

    Batter
    1. 1/4 lb flour
    2. 1 egg
    3. coconut milk
    4. salt

    Mix to a thin batter and leave for few
    minutes.

    Filling
    Patter curry or any other filling desired.
    Make pan cakes very thin and cook only one
    side. Immediately when it is taken down
    put in filling and roll up as demonstrated.
    When all the rolls are done, coat with egg
    and roll in biscuit powder. fry to a golden
    brown colour.
