    1. 3 rounded tsp gram( chick pea) flour
    2. 1/2 tsp cumin
    3. 1/2 tsp turmic
    4. 1/2 tsp garam masala
    5. 1 large onion, cut into thin rings
    6. oil for frying

    Method

    1. Mix the flour with the spices and then
    add the onion rings.Gradually add a
    little cold water until the mixture
    dinds together.

    2. Het the oil to 350 f or a bread cube,
    when dropped in, immediately rises.

    3. Make the onion mixture into balls and
    allow to cook in the hot fat for 4- 5
    minutes until golden brown, Drain on
    kitchen paper.

    Peparation time: 5 minutes
    Cooking time: 10 minutes
