No Bake Chocolate Log

      Makes about 20 slices.

      185g (6 oz) butter, softened
      4 tablespoons caster suger
      4 tablespoons cocoa powder
      2 egg yolks
      15 plain biscuits, crumbled

      1. Place butter and suger in a mixing bowl and beat until light and fluffy. Stir in cocoa, egg yolks and crumbled biscuits.

      2. Brush a length of foil lightly with oil. Using a spatula, scrape biscuit mixture onto foil, spreading it out to form a rough log shape. Roll the foil over top and mould to a even log.

      3. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm. Cut into 5mm (*in) slices. If needed, coat the log with crushed walnuts.
