    2 ozs. gelatine
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 cups coconut milk
    1 lb. jaggery
    25 cadju nuts finely chopped

    Put gelatine into a cup of hot water and leave it
    for about half-hour. Then break the jaggery into
    pieces and put into a pan. Add coconut milk and
    heat moderately until the jaggery is dissolved.

    Thereafter remove from the fire and leave it to cool
    down. Then put the gelatine and vanilla and place in
    the fridge. When set place and sliced cadjunuts on top.
