Devilled Mushrooms

    500g Mushrooms (sliced & deep fried)
    200g Onions (sliced & deep fried)
    10-12 Curry Leaves (fried)
    3-4 Green Chilies (Sliced & fried)
    1/2 tsp Chopped garlic
    1/4 tsp Chopped ginger
    25 g Maldive Fish
    2 tsps Soy Sauce
    1 tbs Tomato Sauce
    2 tsp Chili pieces
    Salt to taste

    Mix all ingredients and leave on low fire till sauce absorbs. Serve with hot with rice.
