    1 kg chicken cut into pieces
    3 eggs
    5 green chillies
    2 bombay onions
    curry leaves
    2tomatoes
    cardomons
    cinamons
    fenugreek
    ginger,garlic paste
    salt to taste
    yoghurt
    1/2 cup thick coconut milk
    5 tea spoon of cooking oil
    1 teaspoon turmeric
    1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
    1 1/2 teaspoon chillie powder

    Fry the chicken until golden brown. take a pan heat the cooking oil, oil to this add the spices, ginger garlic pastand the onions. When onion turn brown add the curry leaves tomatoes, turmeric powder, chilli powder and the coriander powder in another bowl mix the fried chicken, yoghurt nd the salt. Add this mix to the pan let it simmer for 10 mts then addthe milk allowthe gravy to reduce a
    little. Beat the egg in a bowl add it to the curry leave it for 5 mts and take off the pan.
