    1. 1lb.prawn
    2. 10 malumiris
    3. 10 red onions
    4. 1 tbs tomato sauce
    5. 2 tsp rose water
    6. 1 level tsp pepper
    7. 1/2 tsp salt
    8. 1 pinch saffron
    9. 1 unit spices(2 red onions,8 cardamons
    teaspoon cumming seed,garlic,and ground
    ginger)
    10. 1/4 carrots
    11. 5 green chillies
    12. 1 cup thick milk,ghee or magarine
    13. 1 unit curry powder

    Method

    Grate carrot and fry in ghee with onions,
    malumiris and chillies, now add prawns well
    washed in lime juice and salt(sok 1 hour
    in lime and add salt) Continue to fry. Put
    in all the ingredients and salt. Decorate
    with fried cadjus.
