Sprats tempura

    250 g Sprats (cleaned)
    1 cup flour
    1 egg
    1 cup ice water
    Oil for deep frying

    Method
    Wash sprats well and keep a side
    Make tempura batter by adding the rest of ingredient (Except oil).
    Dip sprats in the batter and deep fry until golden color, few sprats can be fried at once.
