Cheese Prawns

    Shell the Prawns and slit the back right along and remove the heads.
    Use a large flat pan and heat salted butter, in the pan.
    Toss in the prawns, once the prawns have changed colour, around four Minutes.
    Pour a quarter cup of cream over the prawns and let it simmer for another minute.
    Grate cheese and sprinkle over the prawns,
    Remove the sauce into another pan and add a pinch of chillie powder to give a touch of hotness to the sauce.
    Now pour the sauce over the prawns.
