Baked Chicken

    10 chicken thighs
    1 cup natural yogurt
    1tbsp red chilli powder
    A pinch of turmeric powder
    Salt to taste

    Method
    Wash the chicken well. In a deep bowl mix all the ingredients except the chicken thighs. Next add the leg pieces to it and mix well until all the pieces are covered with the mixture. After 4 or 5 hrs put the chicken into an oiled oven-proof tray and bake at 200 degrees for 1 to 2hrs till it is roasted.
