HONEY PRAWNS

    500 gms Prawns (shelled & devain with tails intact)
    For the marinade
    2 tbsp soya sauce
    1/2 cup honey
    3 tbsp chili garlic sauce
    1 tbsp garlic, crushed
    1 tbsp ginger, grated
    Oil for basting

    Mix all the ingredients for the marinade and marinate the prawns. Refrigerate for 1 - 2 hrs.
    Heat a non stick pan & lightly grease it. Place prawns without the marinate in a single layer.
    Cook on each side for two minutes, baste frequently with oil.
    You can also barbecue, grill or cook it in the indoors.
